The Bear Affair is a fundraising event to support the important work that PCA does on behalf of child victims of sexual abuse in Philadelphia, raising nearly $175,000 in 2018 toward annual operating costs. Each year, more than 450 people gather in Center City for a fantastic cocktail party and exciting live and silent auctions to raise significant fun and funds in support of our work. Guests also bring a stuffed animal (hence the “Bear Affair” moniker) that is provided to a victim of child sexual abuse when visiting PCA’s facility in Hunting Park
