Florence Sampson is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and finance activities of PCA. This includes budgeting, board reporting, banking, grant monitoring, and PCA’s annual audit. Prior to joining the PCA family, Florence has held positions as Fiscal Administrator, School Fiscal Officer, and Staff Accountant within the non-profit, charter school, and small business arena. She earned her MBA from Eastern University and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership and Development.
