Northeast Regional Children’s Advocacy Center (NRCAC)


Northeast Regional Children’s Advocacy Center (NRCAC) is a federal grant managed by PCA that supports and enhances the important work of professionals helping child abuse victims.

Funded by a $1.25 million grant from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, a component of the Office of Justice Programs within the U.S. Department of Justice, NRCAC provides training, technical assistance, and products and resources for developing and growing multidisciplinary teams, local Children’s Advocacy Centers, and State Chapter organizations of Children’s Advocacy Centers within the Northeast Region of the United States.

NRCAC also works collaboratively with other VOCAA (Victim of Child Abuse Act) partners in meeting the needs of professionals regionally and nationally.

During this past fiscal year, NRCAC delivered countless national programming as well as region-specific trainings including, but not limited to:

  • Leadership Development
  • Multidisciplinary Team Development Training
  • NCA Accreditation
