Intake Call

You and your child’s journey begins the moment you receive a call from PCA’s intake coordinator, who will schedule your appointment, give directions and transportation and answer all your questions.

Waiting Room

When you and your child arrive at PCA you will be greeted and made comfortable in our waiting room where your child can watch tv, draw, and have snacks.

Family Advocate

Your family advocate will provide supportive counseling and a non-judgmental space to talk honestly about what has happened. Your  advocate will be with you as long as you are with PCA.

Child's Interview

Our interviewers  help your child feel comfortable and safe enough to talk about their abuse. The session is recorded so that your child only has to tell their story one time.

Medical Exam

If needed, your child will be able to see a medical professional at PCA’s on-site medical clinic where the clinician will provide a medical evaluation and reassure your child that their body is OK.

Mental Health Therapy

Our on-site mental health therapists are specially trained to work with children who have experienced trauma to take them on their path for healing.

Our virtual caregiver support groups increase your knowledge about child sexual abuse, improve your ability to support and protect your child(ren), and increase your coping capacity.

If you end up needing to appear in court for your case, we provide accompaniment services, which help children with their ability to confront their offender and your ability to support your child.
