Join the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance as we host child sexual abuse

experts and survivors discussing the state of trauma informed care for victims, advoCACy

for survivors and non-offending parents an caregivers, and access to system of healing

after the trauma.

In the afternoon we will host a workshop for participants to hear about a new
initiative from the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance to create a stronger culture of
prevention with community-centered strategies to improve the quality
of life for survivors after the abuse.


PREVENT will be held at
Braid Mill, a vibrant “collaborative home for creatives, entrepreneurs,
and small businesses in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.

In the spirit of building alliances, the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance
is inviting you to join a full day of engaging education, conversation and a workshop to 

  1. Build new partnerships in prevention. 
  2. Create tools for trauma informed neighborhoods. 

3. Build access for survivors from all communities.
